pyrock.ai, a product of ThePyrockAI LLP ("we", "us"), provides AI-powered construction site intelligence that operates through WhatsApp using the official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

WhatsApp messages: text, voice notes, images, PDFs and documents sent to a pyrock.ai WhatsApp number, either directly or in a site WhatsApp group a pyrock.ai number has been added to.
Contact details: name, phone number, email and company details submitted through our website's demo booking form or WhatsApp chat.
Site camera images: for customers who enable camera monitoring, periodic snapshots pulled from the customer's own connected cameras.
Basic website usage data (pages visited, browser type) for site reliability and analytics.

How we use it

To generate site dashboards, daily progress reports, material leakage alerts and safety alerts for the builders who use pyrock.ai.
To reply to messages sent to a pyrock.ai WhatsApp number, including automated replies to general enquiries.
To respond to demo bookings and enquiries submitted through our website.
To improve the accuracy of our AI models for construction-site use cases.

How we protect it

All WhatsApp data flows through the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API with encryption in transit. We never use unofficial WhatsApp Web scraping. Camera credentials are encrypted at rest. Dashboard access is restricted to the people a customer authorises. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party processors

We use Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) to send and receive messages, and Cloudflare to host our infrastructure and run AI models used to process messages and generate replies. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Data retention

We retain site data for as long as a customer's account is active, plus a reasonable period after for support and legal purposes. Customers can request deletion of their site data by contacting us.

Your choices

You can stop messaging a pyrock.ai WhatsApp number at any time. To request access to, or deletion of, your data, email us using the contact below.
